Cancellation Policy

General Policy

All bookings must be cancelled or rescheduled in accordance with the terms below.

Cancellation and rescheduling requests must be submitted by contacting us in writing before the relevant deadline.

If the organiser cancels an event or class, participants are entitled to a full refund of the paid amount.

Paint Your Own Pottery Event

You may cancel or reschedule your participation up to 48 hours before the event start time.

If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person, provided that you notify us of the transfer before the event begins.

Workshops (Non-Recurring Events)

You may cancel your participation up to 72 hours before the workshop starts.

Tickets may be transferred to another person if you notify us before the workshop begins.
