Cancellation Policy

General Policy

All bookings must be cancelled or rescheduled in accordance with the terms below.

Cancellation and rescheduling requests must be submitted by contacting us in writing before the relevant deadline.

If the organiser cancels an event or class, participants are entitled to a full refund of the paid amount.

Paint Your Own Pottery Event

You may cancel or reschedule your participation up to 48 hours before the event start time.

• Cancellations made 48–24 hours before the event are eligible for a 50% refund of the paid price.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the event are not refundable.

If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person, provided that you notify us of the transfer before the event begins.

Workshops (Non-Recurring Events)

You may cancel your participation up to 72 hours before the workshop starts.

• Cancellations made 72–24 hours before the workshop are eligible for a 50% refund.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the workshop are not refundable.

Tickets may be transferred to another person if you notify us before the workshop begins.

Ceramics Classes

Drop-In Classes (Single Sessions)

Cancellation

• Full refund if cancellation is made at least 48 hours before the class start time.
• No refund is provided for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the class.

Rescheduling

• You may reschedule your seat once, provided the request is received at least 48 hours before the class.

Seat Transfer

• You may transfer your booking to another person by notifying us before the class starts.
• Transfers must be confirmed by us in writing.

4-Week Course

Course Use and Validity

• The 4-week course must be used within 6 weeks from the date of the first scheduled class.
• If the classes are not used within this period, any unused classes will expire.

This policy allows flexibility for occasional absence while maintaining the course structure.

Refunds

• Refunds are not offered for remaining classes once the customer has attended one or more sessions of the course, as the course is considered partially delivered.
• If you cancel your course booking before attending the first class, the standard cancellation rules apply (48 hours notice).

Rescheduling

• You may reschedule your course seat once if the request is made at least 48 hours before the class.

Transfer of Course Seat

• Course seats cannot be transferred to another person.
