This vase is part of a series where the focus was on combining a sculptural form with hand-painted details. The shape was built to feel fluid and expressive, with soft curves that guide the eye upward. The surface decoration was added afterward, using organic shapes and lines to create a lively, layered pattern. The intention was to let the form and the decoration support each other - one providing movement, the other providing rhythm.
At 30 cm, the vase stands confidently as a statement piece. It works well on its own or with a simple arrangement, and its design leans into the playful, experimental side of studio work while remaining fully functional.
